In 1982 Sally formed her own dancing school ‘Demi-Dance School’ which gave local children the opportunity to study many aspects of dance. Her passion has always been teaching ballet enabling students to progress through their examinations grades to vocational level. As principle of The Demi-Dance School Sally also devised and produced successful bi-annual show productions from which all proceeds were donated to local charities.
In 1995 Sally trained as a grades examiner for The Royal Academy of Dance, she was successful and regularly travels worldwide to examine. She is also a mentor on the C.B.T.S teaching programme.
In 2006 Sally became a freelance ballet teacher and joined the North Theatres Trust ‘Make The Move’ as a dedicated ballet teacher.
