We would not be able to bring our high quality programme, education projects or special events without the generous support of our funders. Did you know that North Devon Theatres' Trust is a registered charity? Each year we need to raise up to £700,000 from donors, sponsors, grant makers and charitable trusts and foundations to make our work possible.
Every year we see:
Over 290,000 visitors to the Theatres and over 25,000 places taken up on our education programmes by local young people (and the young-at-heart).

By leaving a gift in your will to the North Devon Theatres, you will help us to continue to inspire the audiences of tomorrow, to present quality arts entertainment, and to nurture new talent from North Devon. You will be contributing directly to North Devon’s cultural heritage.

The Friends of North Devon Theatres are volunteers that provide vital support by fundraising for the development of our facilities and projects and by increasing awareness of the Theatres. Since forming in the 1990’s, the Friends have raised over £60,000 , providing funds for new equipment and improvements, including:
• Backstage speaker system
• Renovation of dressing rooms
• New lighting equipment
• Grand piano
• Bar refurbishment
• Improvement of orchestra pit
• New Tabs (stage curtains) for the Queen’s Theatre
• Assisted hearing system
• Phone system and headsets for Box Office
• Contribution to air conditioning and reupholstering of seats
• Digital piano and equipment for our Education Projects
