North Devon Theatres

Welcome to North Devon Theatres. North Devon Theatres produces a stranded arts and entertainment programme featuring drama, classical music, opera, children’s shows, popular music (including rock, jazz, folk and roots), contemporary dance, ballet, amateur shows, visual arts and community events. In addition we run a wide-ranging arts education and outreach programme for people of all ages.

The organisation (North Devon Theatres’ Trust) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and a registered charity.  Shows are presented at the Queen’s Theatre in Barnstaple (which has a main theatre, Gallery Cafe and a regional focus for larger-scale shows), the Landmark in Ilfracombe (which has the main theatre, the more informal Pavilion and is the focus for much of our education work and a busy summer programme), and also as part of the North Devon Festival, an arts-led celebration of the region’s rich diverse cultural life for the whole of June.
