Things are hotting up yet again for this summer’s GoldCoast Oceanfest, the 12th consecutive production, with 2010 set to be bigger and better than ever and The Magic Numbers to perform as the headline act.

Hosting everything from beach volleyball and beach soccer to surf comps and skate demos (as well as the chance to try it for yourself) - you’ll be able to make the most of every moment on the sand. Friday features eco-projects for local schools, to include the AONB Orienteering Challeneg and a celebration of the biosphere reserve also help to make it a festival with a conscience.

Hugely respected and deeply ensconced on the beach sports calendar, over 500 athletes including top international freesports professionals, enjoy a chilled ambience amongst the fiercest competition, against the majestic backdrop of North Devon’s Gold Coast.

The Oceanfest is all about good times, great music, keeping fit and looking after the environment.

All this adjacent to a fully licensed oceanside Arena hosting a Live Music Stage and Big Screen showcasing the international and local musical talents of more than 25 live acts over the weekend.  Plus a Trade Village incorporating licensed bars and international cuisine, adrenalin zones, pro demos, workshops, exhibitions, sampling booths, simulators and hospitality suites, all adding to the eclectic ambience of the event.
