... experience a wide range of duties and it’ll look great on your CV - wherever you want to go in life, volunteering can help you get there

.... be one of the first to find out what’s coming up and what’s going down at North Devon Theatres

.... enjoy free tickets for many of our shows so you can recommend us with confidence!

Find out what it's really like to volunteer for North Devon Theatres in this film featuring John Adlam. In it, he talks about volunteering, his home town Barnstaple, singing with Braunton Secondary Modern School and being a musician in the army.

Thanks to North Devon Moving Image for making this film

Whatever your reason for volunteering we would love to meet you!

the opportunities: what could i do?

We have lots of different volunteering roles available at your local arts charity. Click on the images below to find out more ...

While we are grateful for any amount of time that you are able to give, we do ask for a regular commitment. With such a packed programme we rely heavily on volunteers - we simply couldn’t do it without them. Regular commitment also means that you will stay up-to-date with any new theatre policies and procedures and additional opportunities - all adding up to a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

And there’s every opportunity to do a bit of all sorts, for example a Display Co-ordinator could also work as a Café BarAssistant or a Friends supporter and really play their part!
