Built in 1998, the Landmark Theatre is a modern venue with a unique structure and design. Three flexible spaces are licensed for civil ceremonies, hosting 10 to 110 guests in a contemporary setting.
The Landmark Theatre Main Stage
If you are looking for something unique, we can host a wedding ceremony on the main stage dressed to your specification with music delivered throughout. Themed lighting and projection is available to maximise the space, providing a truly remarkable and memorable setting.
The Landmark Theatre has become popular with touring comedians, artists and bands and you’ll be treading the boards in the footsteps of Bill Bailey, Eddie Izzard, Ken Dodd and Bradley Walsh to name but a few!
The Pavilion
The Pavilion is a cool and contemporary space flooded with natural light and has panoramic views over Capstone Hill and the sea through floor to ceiling windows.
After the meal, the Pavilion transforms into a spectacular place to party, with a dramatic lighting sequence around the interior to set the scene. You can dance to music by a live band or DJ, or play your favourites through a state-of-the-art sound system. The sprung dance floor is perfect for dancing the night away with friends and family and we can offer a license until 1am, so you needn’t stop at the first dance.
The bridal party can also pamper themselves and enjoy adding the finishing touches to their glamorous outfits in the lovely Powder Room. With direct access from the Pavilion, this delightful room is perfect for powdering your nose before those all-important wedding photos!
The Rendezvous Bar
Think intimate and chilled out with a low key North Devon coastal wedding, where a ceremony for up to 60 guests overlooking the sea as the sun goes down - amazing shots for the album are guaranteed.
Your wedding reception needs to be the perfect end to your perfect day, an evening where your friends and family can all come and continue the celebrations long into the evening.
The Pavilion is perfect for the evening whatever you envisage - the large space is fantastic to cater for live bands and DJ’s as well as plenty of room for dancing!
During hot summer evenings the terrace provides a beautiful quiet retreat to chat with friends while enjoying the splendid views across the sea towards Capstone. The fully licensed bar serves an assortment of drinks from locally sourced beer, draught lager, assorted wines and an abundance of spirits to cater for any taste.
Our experienced and creative team are available to offer full support and assistance including advice on live music or discos, full catering and stewarding and any technical requirements you may have.
