Rigging	There are four winch bars on stage for lighting with a 250kg safe working load. All other bars are hemp with a 100kg safe working load. There are 12 6-way IWBs to facilitate rigging. The FOH lighting bridges should pose no problems.

Get In	There is good access for a truck of any size to back onto the Scene Dock. Once off the truck access to the Stage is flat but we do not own a ramp to unload the truck. The Scene Dock faces out to sea - beware bad weather!
Parking	The Scene Dock must not be blocked. Parking is available in nearby public (Pay & Display) car parks.Please note that these are very busy during the summer season.
Capacity	The Auditorium seats 483. In the interest of safety or on a Fire Officer's advice, the Theatre reserves the right to limit the number of people using the Stage.
Sound	The Theatre fire alarm must be able to disconnect the PA. Only designated power supplies may be used - this is NOT NEGOTIABLE, sorry.
Smoke	Any use of smoke, pyrotechnics, haze or naked flame MUST be approved by the Duty Stage Manager BEFORE USE.
Extras	Our closest theatrical supplier is Stage Electrics, Exeter (about 50 miles away). Most equipment is therefore hard to get at short notice. We will gladly organise hires and contra charges accoprding to contractual arrangements.
